🍇 Nemea | Land of Wine & Tradition

Nemea unfolds across rolling vineyards and soft hills. It is one of Greece’s most important wine regions, internationally known for Agiorgitiko—a rich, expressive wine deeply connected to the land that produces it.

Its winding roads lead from small family wineries to historic estates, creating an experience that flows naturally through the landscape.

🏺 Mythology & History

Beneath the vineyards lives the world of myth.
Here, Hercules completed his first labor, defeating the Lion of Nemea—a timeless symbol of strength, courage, and transcendence.

Nearby, at the Ancient Stadium of Nemea, one can still sense the presence of the athletes who once competed in the Nemean Games, a sacred institution equal in importance to the Olympic Games.

In Nemea, nature, history, and mythology do not compete—they coexist.

🥾 Our Hiking Route

Our route passes through cultivated slopes and vineyards, gently ascending toward what are often called the “Meteora of Corinthia”, and ends at the natural balcony of Panagia tou Vrachou.

A viewpoint that invites you to pause.
The hike is easy and non-technical, suitable for anyone with basic physical condition who wishes to enjoy nature at a relaxed pace.

🌬 Breathwork & Partner Work in Nature

During the hike, weather permitting, we will make a short stop in nature for simple breathwork practices and gentle partner work.

Small moments of connection—with the body, the breath, and one another—without pressure or expectation.
The duration and form of the practice will adapt to the conditions and the natural flow of the day.

💶 Participation Cost

• 75€ per person – including transportation from Athens
  (Transportation spots are limited to 9 participants)

• 65€ per person – without transportation (private vehicle)

🚗 Transportation

Transportation from and back to Athens is optional and available for up to 9 participants.
Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
