Under One Sun, We Meet.

Greece and Apulia have been connected for thousands of years. Since the time of Magna Graecia, Greek communities settled on this land, shaping daily life through language, hospitality, food, and a deep sense of community. In this part of southern Italy, Greek influence is not something of the past — it is still alive in the villages, in the rhythm of life, and in the way people gather and share.

This retreat is an invitation to experience this connection in a lived, embodied way — through movement, exploration, shared meals, and time together.

The Experience
During our days together in Apulia, we enter this world gently and naturally.

We begin with slow flow yoga and moments of meditation, allowing the body to soften, restore, and reconnect. We walk through villages deeply influenced by Greek culture, explore medieval towns, crystal-clear beaches, and rural landscapes without rushing, and learn through presence rather than explanation.

We cook together, just as it has always been done — around a shared table, with simple ingredients, stories, and time to connect. Food, place, and people are not separate parts of the retreat; they are woven into one continuous experience.

This retreat is an invitation to connect:

  • with your body, through movement

  • with your mind, through silence and journaling

  • with the land, through everyday life and exploration

Each activity, each step, each shared moment gently connects the dots — between Greece and Apulia, past and present — reminding us what it means to simply be present.

Exploration & Excursions
Matera – UNESCO World Heritage Site
Explore the ancient city of Matera, famous for its cave dwellings (Sassi), rock-carved churches, and dramatic landscapes. Walk through timeless streets and experience one of Italy’s most powerful historical settings.

Greek-Influenced Villages of Salento
Explore the Greek-speaking villages of Martano, Calimera, and Corigliano d’Otranto, where ancient traditions, language, and customs are still alive. These villages reveal the living connection between Greece and southern Italy.
