A mindful hike through myth and wine — blending breath, movement, and deep relaxation

Discover the land where myth, nature, and taste meet.
Just under two hours from Athens, the sacred hills of Nemea invite you to step into a journey that awakens all the senses. Once the land of Heracles and the legendary Nemean Lion, today it is one of Greece’s most celebrated wine regions — home to the deep red Agiorgitiko grape and stories that echo through time.

Our experience begins with a hike around the Rock of Nemea, following trails carved through wild beauty and history. We’ll visit the chapel of Panagia tou Vrachou, built into the rock with breathtaking views, and continue toward the Castle of Polyfeggos, where the horizon opens over the valley and mountains of Corinthia.

Along the way, we’ll pause for moments of mindful breathing and somatic movement, allowing the body to ground and flow in rhythm with nature. The hike culminates with a yoga-inspired deep relaxation — a space to rest, integrate, and receive.

The experience concludes in true Nemean spirit — with a wine tasting at a local winery, where we’ll savor the essence of the region through five carefully selected wines paired with local cheeses, fruits, and delicacies.

Sip & Step: Flow Through the Vines of Nemea is a mindful invitation to reconnect with the body, the land, and the joy of being fully present — one breath, one step, and one sip at a time.
