Join me on a unique journey to the enchanting coastal jewel of the Adriatic — the breathtaking town of Kotor, Montenegro. A Little Moments Retreat, thoughtfully organized by MyFlow Retreats, where presence, exploration, and meaningful connection come together.
Kotor is a land of contrasts. Towering mountains embrace the quiet bay, while shimmering waters reflect the changing light of the day. Medieval walls, Venetian architecture, hidden stone alleys, and peaceful seaside squares create a setting where history and nature exist in perfect harmony.
Each day we will share moments of yoga, breathwork, and meditation — creating space for body and mind to rest, recharge, and reconnect. Through guided practices and the quiet wisdom of the landscape, we will awaken our inner energy and cultivate a deep sense of well-being.
Alongside our practices, we will explore the medieval heart of the town, walk along the fortress walls overlooking the bay, wander through the old city’s charming streets, and allow the rhythm of Kotor to gently slow us down. Every step becomes a dialogue between past and present — a reminder that beauty lives in presence.
This retreat is not simply a trip.
It is a pilgrimage of awareness.
An opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, feel fully, and reconnect — both with the land and with yourself.
By the end of this journey, you will carry more than memories of mountains meeting sea. You will carry the calm, clarity, and quiet strength that emerge when you allow yourself to truly be in the moment.
Adriatic Boat Experience
We will explore the Bay of Kotor from a truly unique perspective, enjoying a breathtaking boat tour through the protected peninsula. Surrounded by dramatic mountains that descend into the sea, picturesque bays, and hidden coves, we will absorb the purity of the Adriatic air — a moment designed to energize, calm, and inspire.
Guided Tour of Kotor’s UNESCO Old Town
We will discover the cultural heart of Kotor through a guided tour of its historic Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Walking along cobblestone streets, we will admire the impressive medieval walls, historic churches, and architectural landmarks that radiate authentic Mediterranean character. Every corner tells a story — of resilience, trade, and centuries of layered history.
Budva Old Town & Montenegro’s Natural Beauty
On this special day, we will enjoy a scenic coastal drive along Montenegro’s stunning shoreline.
Our first stop will be the enchanting Old Town of Budva, one of the oldest settlements on the Adriatic. We will wander through narrow stone streets, immerse ourselves in its timeless Mediterranean atmosphere, and experience the vibrant charm of this historic town.
Our journey continues with a peaceful walk through the lush Miločer Park, followed by a panoramic viewpoint overlooking the iconic Sveti Stefan — one of Montenegro’s most photographed and recognizable landmarks.
We will conclude the day at the magnificent Skadar Lake, the largest lake in the Balkans. Here, we will connect with a unique natural ecosystem where water, mountains, and wild vegetation blend into a serene and expansive landscape.
